Does this program work for any size company?

Yes — and the reason is straightforward. The Truby Management System is not a program designed for a particular industry, revenue band, or headcount. It is a framework built around how people actually work together. And the fundamentals of how people work together do not change based on whether the team has four people or four hundred.

The TMS has been implemented in every conceivable organizational context over more than four decades — solo practitioners growing their first team, mid-size companies scaling through a period of rapid growth, and large enterprises that needed to rebuild a culture that had drifted. In each case, the system worked because it started with the same foundation: the leader, the people they lead, and the agreements and structures that hold them together.

How can I get help or have a question answered?

We are here for you — and we mean that in a very non-corporate, very direct way. If you have a question about the content, a step that feels particularly challenging to implement, or a situation in your organization that you are not sure how to apply the training to, reach out.

We read every message. You will not be routed through a ticketing system or handed off to someone who has not been through the training themselves. Our team lives and breathes the TMS, and we genuinely enjoy helping leaders work through the real-world situations that this training surfaces.

The best way to reach us is by email:
    trubyteam@trubyachievements.com

When you write, tell us which step or lesson you are working on and what specific question or challenge you are facing. The more context you give us, the more useful our response can be. We typically respond within one to two business days.
No question is too simple and no situation is too complicated. If you are serious about implementing this training well, we are serious about supporting you in doing that.

How long will this program take to complete?

It depends. Not on the length of the curriculum — but on the current state of your organization.

If you sat down and read every lesson guide and watched every video, you could cover the entire TMS in a weekend. The content is dense but not long. Because there is no fluff. Every page contains something that matters.

But consuming the training and implementing it are two very different timelines. What determines how long implementation takes is the gap between where your organization is right now and where each step of the TMS calls it to be. If a practice already exists, the lesson will sharpen and systematize it. If a practice is new, you will be building it from the ground up — and that takes the time it deserves.

Over the past four decades, when we take an honest look at the leaders and companies who go through this course, it takes them from 10 to 18 months on average. But the results are stellar. It is like an entirely new company — with measurable differences in retention, morale, productivity, and profitability.

Another way to look at this is through the eyes of the many people with MBAs who have taken the TMS. Their consistent response is: "This is so much better than my MBA — because it is focused, practical, and built on real-world perspectives." You could spend years earning an MBA. Or you could go through the TMS in a matter of months and come out with an even more useful set of leadership tools.

Neither pace is wrong. The TMS is not a race to the end. It is a path to a healthier organization. Go at the pace your organization actually needs.
